Your Initial Consultation

90 minutes | In person (Keynsham, BS31) or online | £125

We spend 90 minutes together going deep into your health history and where you are right now. What’s been happening in your body. What you’ve tried. What hasn’t worked. What you’re carrying.

From there, we work out together what matters most — not a list of everything that needs fixing, but the things that will make the biggest difference. We prioritise them, rate them, and co-create a plan that fits your actual life.

Sometimes that’s one thing. Sometimes three. Never too much — because lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything at once. I know that from my own experience, not just from training.

Afterwards, I write everything up — your notes, the ideas we explored, the goals we agreed on — and send it all to you. You leave with clarity, not just good intentions.

We check in on how things have been since we last spoke. We go back to your goals — what’s working, what needs adjusting, what’s become more of a priority than it was before. Because life changes. And your plan should too.

Some clients come fortnightly — if they’re working on something that needs closer accountability, like reducing sugar or building a sleep routine. Others prefer monthly, especially when the work is slower and deeper — calming a nervous system that’s been in overdrive, or rebuilding trust with food.

There’s no right or wrong. We work at the pace that’s right for you.

And just like after your initial consultation, I write everything up and send it to you afterwards.

Health coaching isn’t a medical service — I don’t diagnose or prescribe. What I do is listen properly, connect the dots across your whole health picture, and help you make changes that actually stick. It works alongside medical care, not instead of it.

No. There’s no minimum. Most clients find that real change needs a few sessions to bed in — but you’re never locked into anything.
