The Transform & Renew Retreat, hosted by Mariko Broome (The Holistic Health Coach) and Aimee Dickinson (Naturally Fit ), invites you to pause, breathe and find yourself again.

Guided by a compassionate team of facilitators, you’ll move through breathwork, creativity, strength, nature, and sound — restoring balance in both mind and body.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply nourished — the kind of calm that lingers.

What To Expect

Morning — Arrive · Breathe · Settle

Arrive from 9 am for coffee or tea and gentle conversation.

We’ll open with grounding breathwork led by Sue Hall-Haines from I Am Calm, releasing tension and anchoring you into the present moment.

Late Morning — Create · Express · Reflect

Move into a creative session with Clare Devonport, our Creative Arts Facilitator.

Through gentle, guided expressive arts, Clare helps you reconnect with intuition, curiosity, and joy — no art experience needed, just presence.

Midday — Move · Strengthen · Energise

Flow into a strength-based movement class with Aimee Dickinson — an empowering, low-pressure session designed to awaken your body, boost energy and rebuild confidence in your own strength.

Every exercise is adaptable — you’ll be encouraged, never pushed.

Afternoon — Nourish · Walk · Connect

Enjoy a seasonal lunch crafted with care — think silky squash soup, sourdough bread, and a sweet potato and puy lentil salad, finished with sticky toffee pudding and vanilla custard.

After lunch, take a gentle nature walk through the rolling countryside to digest, reset, and soak in the calm.

Evening — Restore · Release · Renew

Sink into the healing vibrations of a Gong Bath with Shelley Prior — a sound immersion that soothes the nervous system and melts away stress.

We’ll close with a fireside reflection to release what’s no longer serving you and set new intentions.

Each plate is created to support balance: comforting yet light, grounding yet energising.

Between sessions, we serve herbal teas, fruit-infused water and nourishing snacks to keep you steady and satisfied throughout the day.
