Escape the noise for a day of breathwork, creativity, strength, nature, and deep sound healing at the stunning Just Wild Barn in Chew Valley.
If your body’s been whispering “slow down” but life keeps shouting louder, this day is for you.
The Transform & Renew Retreat, hosted by Mariko Broome (The Holistic Health Coach) and Aimee Dickinson (Naturally Fit ), invites you to pause, breathe and find yourself again.
Guided by a compassionate team of facilitators, you’ll move through breathwork, creativity, strength, nature, and sound — restoring balance in both mind and body.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply nourished — the kind of calm that lingers.

“I was delighted to be a participant in Maiko and Aimee’s retreat day on 8th November. The entire day was beautifully curated with plenty of interesting and valuable restorative practices (though it never felt rushed). The venue was wonderful and food divine. I look forward to joining in the next retreat day in April. Well done for delivering such a great experience”

Your Hosts

Mariko Broome,
