I work with women whose bodies have been trying to tell them something for a long time. Women who’ve been to the GP, maybe a specialist, and still don’t feel right.

The retreat is where the nervous system work begins — in the most gentle, held way possible. A full day away from the noise. Away from the list. Away from being needed.

Just you, a small group of women who get it, and a day designed entirely around restoration.

Women leave these days differently than they arrived. Not fixed — just clearer. Lighter. More themselves.

The Day

Morning — Arrive · Breathe · Settle

Arrive from 9am for coffee, tea and gentle conversation. We open with grounding breathwork led by Sue Hall from I Am Calm — releasing tension and anchoring you into the present moment.

Late Morning — Pause · Reflect · Reconnect

A carefully held space guided by Mariko — to pause, reflect and reconnect. No pressure, no overthinking. Just space to be.

Midday — Move · Strengthen · Energise

A strength-based movement class with Aimee Dickinson — low pressure, empowering, fully adaptable. You’ll be encouraged, never pushed.

Afternoon — Nourish · Walk · Connect

A seasonal lunch made with care — nourishing, flavourful, grounding. Followed by a gentle nature walk through the Chew Valley countryside.

Evening — Restore · Release · Renew

A gong bath with Shelley Prior — sound immersion that soothes the nervous system and melts away stress. We close with a fireside reflection.

The entire day was beautifully curated with plenty of interesting and valuable restorative practices (though it never felt rushed). The venue was wonderful and food divine. I look forward to joining in the next retreat day in April. Well done for delivering such a great experience”
