I work with women whose bodies have been trying to tell them something for a long time. Women who’ve been to the GP, maybe a specialist, and still don’t feel right.
The retreat is where the nervous system work begins — in the most gentle, held way possible. A full day away from the noise. Away from the list. Away from being needed.
Just you, a small group of women who get it, and a day designed entirely around restoration.
Women leave these days differently than they arrived. Not fixed — just clearer. Lighter. More themselves.

What To Expect
Morning — Arrive · Breathe · Settle
Arrive from 9 am for coffee or tea and gentle conversation.
We’ll open with grounding breathwork led by Sue Hall from I Am Calm, releasing tension and anchoring you into the present moment.
Late Morning — Pause · Reflect · Reconnect
A carefully held space, guided by Mariko Broome, to pause, reflect and reconnect — giving you the opportunity to gently explore what you need, what’s shifting, and what you’re ready to move towards.
No pressure, no overthinking — just space to be.
Midday — Move · Strengthen · Energise
Flow into a strength-based movement class with Aimee Dickinson — an empowering, low-pressure session designed to awaken your body, boost energy and rebuild confidence in your own strength.
Every exercise is adaptable — you’ll be encouraged, never pushed.
Afternoon — Nourish · Walk · Connect
Enjoy a seasonal lunch crafted with care — nourishing, flavourful dishes made with fresh ingredients to leave you feeling satisfied, energised and restored.
After lunch, take a gentle nature walk through the rolling countryside to digest, reset, and soak in the calm.

“I was delighted to be a participant in Maiko and Aimee’s retreat day on 8th November. The entire day was beautifully curated with plenty of interesting and valuable restorative practices (though it never felt rushed). The venue was wonderful and food divine. I look forward to joining in the next retreat day in April. Well done for delivering such a great experience”
