This website provides information and access to wellbeing resources, digital courses, coaching sessions, and in-person events.

3. Health Coaching Disclaimer
Health coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. By engaging with The Holistic Health Coach, you agree that:
• Mariko Broome is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or dietitian.
• Coaching supports personal development and wellbeing but does not diagnose or cure medical conditions.
• You remain responsible for your own health, lifestyle choices, and outcomes.
Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before making significant health changes.

4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through the website or by email.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).

5. Refund Policy
• Coaching sessions: Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.
• Workshops and events: Deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the start date.
• Digital products and online courses: Due to instant access, refunds are not available once materials have been downloaded or accessed, except as required by UK consumer law.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@theholistichealthcoach.co.uk and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Digital Products, Downloads & Online Courses
Upon purchasing a digital product or online course, you’ll receive access via email or a secure platform link.
Usage: All materials are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.
Access: We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee this due to possible technical issues or maintenance.
Lifetime access: If stated, this refers to the lifespan of the course or platform, not the purchaser’s lifetime. If content is retired, we’ll give reasonable notice and alternative access options where possible.

7. Workshops, Retreats & In-Person Events
Event bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited and non-transferable without prior agreement.
Cancellations by you:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event.
• Within 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion or if a replacement participant is found.
Cancellations by us:
If we must cancel due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Health & Safety:
You are responsible for assessing your own health and physical readiness for participation. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs prior to the event.
Liability:
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property at any event except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Online Workshops, Courses & Group Sessions
Online sessions (via Zoom, Thinkific, or similar platforms) require a stable internet connection.
We are not responsible for issues caused by user equipment or connectivity.
• Recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent.
• Respectful participation is expected in all online groups; disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
• We are not responsible for third-party platform downtime or outages.

9. Confidentiality
All personal and health information shared during coaching, events, or retreats is kept confidential and stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality may only be broken if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law.

10. Testimonials & Media Use
We may ask for permission to use testimonials or event photos for marketing.
We will always seek explicit written consent before publishing identifiable information, images, or quotes.
