A journey from self-doubt to self-discovery

When I was 18, I went to my GP to ask for help with my weight. I was nervous — I’ve always had “white coat syndrome” — but I plucked up the courage to go anyway. Instead of support, I was laughed at and told I wasn’t “big enough” for help.
I left that appointment feeling embarrassed and dismissed — but something inside me shifted. That moment sparked my lifelong curiosity about how food, health, and self-worth intertwine.
The beginning of a calling
In my twenties, I taught myself everything I could about nutrition and health. I read books, experimented with every diet imaginable, and learned to cook from scratch — thanks to two kind fruit-and-veg stallholders I met while working as a florist in Portobello Market. (Their first suggestion? Jerusalem artichoke soup — and it was delicious.)
When I became a mum, that curiosity deepened. I wanted to give my children the healthiest start in life, so I immersed myself in infant nutrition, weaning, and the emotional side of food.
From curiosity to career
Nearly twenty years later, I turned passion into purpose. I graduated as an NHS-accredited Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and now I’m completing my Master’s in Applied Health Sciences — specialising in community wellbeing, policy, and disease prevention.
My philosophy
True transformation starts when we stop trying to fix ourselves — and start listening to ourselves.
I believe in:
🌿 Small, sustainable steps that last.
🪞 Compassion over criticism.
💬 Conversations that heal — not shame.
As a trauma-informed coach, I combine evidence-based nutrition, behavioural science, and deep empathy to help women rebuild trust in their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and find their way back to themselves.

My Mission
To help women who feel stretched thin, stuck, or disconnected rediscover their energy, confidence, and calm — one real step at a time.
None of us are perfect. We don’t need to be.
We just need a safe space to realign, rebuild, and reset.
