Through the use of 1-2-1 coaching sessions and/or group coaching sessions, health coaches can provide support and strategies to help you manage and take control of your health.

This holistic approach to health care seeks to maximise an individual’s wellbeing through lifestyle interventions such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and positive psychology.
