A Note from Mariko

As a trauma-informed health coach, I can support you with lifestyle changes, nervous-system regulation, and wellbeing practices — but I’m not a mental-health professional or crisis service.

If you ever feel unsafe with your thoughts, or unsure where to turn, please reach out to one of the organisations above. You deserve support that meets you where you are.

When you’re ready to focus on gentle, forward-looking wellbeing — rebuilding balance, calm, and confidence — you’re always welcome to book a free 30-minute Breath Space Call to explore how I can support you.

Remember

You are not a burden. You are not failing. You are human — and help is out there.
