Where you don’t have to hold everything together.

Where you don’t have to hold everything together

Because sometimes it’s not that anything is wrong

But everything feels like a lot.

You’re holding it together.
You’re functioning.
You’re getting things done.

But underneath it?

You’re tired.
Mentally full.
And wondering when you get to feel like you again.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode — you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to navigate it on your own either.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode — you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to navigate it on your own either.

You don’t need fixing.

You need space

Space to breathe.
Space to think.
Space where no one needs anything from you for a minute.

Many of the women who come to this community aren’t struggling because they’re not doing enough.

They’re struggling because they’ve been doing too much, for too long, without enough support.

This is where things begin to soften.

A supportive women’s wellbeing community in Bath & North East Somerset.

This isn’t another programme or something else to keep up with.

This is a real-life women’s community in Bath, Keynsham and the surrounding area, offering simple, supportive ways to reconnect with yourself and others.

This is:

  • A reason to leave the house

  • A space where you don’t have to perform

  • Conversations that feel real, not surface-level

  • Women who just get it without needing a full explanation

Because something shifts when you’re around people who understand.

If you’ve been saying “I just need to get out the house” for longer than you’d care to admit — this is your sign.

These events have been designed for midlife women who want connection without pressure, wellbeing without fixing, and a place they can keep coming back to.

This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.
It’s about remembering who you already are.

What’s included in the community

Wellbeing Walks in Bath & Keynsham

Gentle, low-pressure walks designed to support your mental wellbeing and nervous system.

You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to be “on form.”

You can simply come as you are — walk, talk, or just enjoy the fresh air.

Women’s Coffee Clubs

Regular morning and evening coffee meet-ups in Keynsham and surrounding areas.

A space to connect, chat, or just sit quietly in good company.

No expectations.

No pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Wellbeing events, workshops & retreats

From relaxed social events to deeper wellbeing experiences.

This might look like:

  • Getting out of your usual environment

  • Trying something new

  • Meeting like-minded women

  • Taking time for yourself in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming

Because wellbeing isn’t just routines — it’s connection, environment, and how you feel in your everyday life.

This community is for you if:

  • You feel constantly “on” or mentally overloaded

  • You’re experiencing burnout, stress, or emotional exhaustion

  • You want to feel calmer but don’t want rigid routines or pressure

  • You’re looking for genuine connection with other women

  • You’ve been feeling stuck in survival mode or fight-or-flight

  • You want wellbeing to feel more human and realistic

Why community matters for your wellbeing

We are not designed to cope with everything alone.

When women feel supported, their nervous system can begin to settle.

And when that happens:

You think more clearly
You feel calmer
You sleep better
You respond differently

Not because you’ve pushed harder…

But because your body finally feels safe enough to soften.

This is where real, sustainable change begins.

Not sure where to begin?

That’s completely normal.

You don’t need to get it “right.”

Just choose the option that feels easiest.

That’s usually where your nervous system is ready to start.

You are not meant to do this alone

If life has been feeling heavy, that doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means you’ve likely been carrying more than you were ever meant to hold on your own.

There is another way to feel.

More calm.
More supported.
More like yourself again.

And it often starts with something small.

A walk.
A coffee.
A conversation.

Because life’s more WTF than Namaste.

Why our events feel different…

This isn’t about turning up with a mask on.
It’s not about having the right words, the right story, or the right energy.

There’s no pressure to perform, impress, or explain yourself.

Instead, it’s about:

  • showing up as you are

  • feeling safe enough to exhale

  • letting connection unfold naturally

  • finding a rhythm you can return to

If you’re feeling nervous about coming…

You’re not alone — and you’re not doing it wrong.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can come on your own

  • You don’t have to share anything

  • You can sit quietly or leave early

  • There’s no pressure to be “on”

  • You’ll be warmly welcomed, not put on the spot

Many women nearly cancel… then end up staying longer than they planned.

FAQs

Do I need to know anyone before coming?2026-03-29T20:04:35+01:00

Not at all.

Most women come on their own the first time.

You won’t be the only one feeling a bit unsure — and you definitely won’t be the only one walking in without knowing anyone.

Everyone is welcomed in a way that feels natural, not forced.

What if I feel anxious or awkward?2026-03-29T20:05:25+01:00

That’s completely OK.

A lot of women who come along feel exactly the same beforehand.

There’s no pressure to talk, share, or be “on.”
You can take things at your own pace — whether that’s chatting, listening, or just being there.

What happens at a wellbeing walk?2026-03-29T20:05:59+01:00

They’re simple, relaxed and low-pressure.

We meet, walk together, and chat as we go.
Some women talk the whole time, others dip in and out — both are completely fine.

It’s more about getting out, moving gently, and being around others than anything structured.

Do I need to be fit to join a walk?2026-03-29T20:14:41+01:00

Not at all.

These are gentle, inclusive walks — not fitness sessions.

You can go at your own pace, and there’s no expectation to keep up or push yourself.

What are the coffee clubs like?2026-03-29T20:07:12+01:00

Think relaxed, welcoming, and easy to join.

There’s no agenda.
No pressure to speak.
No expectation to stay the whole time.

Just a space to connect, chat, or sit quietly in good company.

Is this only for people struggling?2026-03-29T20:07:43+01:00

No.

Some women come because they’re feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.
Others come because they simply want more connection, space, or something for themselves.

You don’t have to be at breaking point to come along.

Do I have to commit to anything?2026-03-29T20:08:21+01:00

No commitment at all.

You can come to one event and see how it feels, or come regularly — it’s completely up to you.

How do I join or book?2026-03-29T20:15:06+01:00

You can browse upcoming events and choose what feels right for you.

Everything is designed to be simple and easy to join.

What if I’m not sure where to start?2026-03-29T20:11:30+01:00

That’s completely normal.

If you’re unsure, a good place to begin is:

  • A wellbeing walk (gentle and low-pressure)
  • A coffee club (easy, welcoming connection)
  • Or the nervous system quiz (to understand how you’re feeling)

Start with what feels easiest — that’s usually the right place.

Is this just local to Bath and Keynsham?2026-03-29T20:13:05+01:00

Yes — the montly community events take place in Bath, Keynsham and surrounding areas. We also travel further for ad-hoc events, such as climing Pen Y Fan and visiting Cardiff for the day.
