Our Wellbeing Walks in Keynsham are a monthly invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself.

No rushing. No fixing. No expectations.

Our Wellbeing Walks in Keynsham are a monthly invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself.

No rushing. No fixing. No expectations. Just fresh air, friendly faces, and space to be human.

When & Where

  • Last Friday of every month

  • Meet from 9:00am

  • We start walking at 9:30am

  • Starting point: Keynsham Coffee Co, behind Keynsham Leisure Centre (by the bridge leading to Bath Hill Carpark and the duck pond)

We finish where we start. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

The Walk Itself

  • Duration: approximately 60–90 minutes

  • Pace: gentle and inclusive — this is a wellbeing walk, not a workout

  • Terrain: easy and accessible routes with some hills

Routes vary with the weather:

  • Wetter days: we head towards Somerdale and enjoy the familiar loop

  • Drier days: we walk through the fields towards Chewton Keynsham, soaking up the countryside

Do I Need to Book?

Booking isn’t essential, so if you’re feeling spontaneous — you’re still very welcome.

That said, booking is really appreciated:

  • It helps me know who to expect
  • It adds a little nudge of accountability (which we all need sometimes)

  • And it ensures you receive any last-minute updates if the weather turns

Think of booking as a gentle promise to yourself — not a commitment you have to earn or justify.
